Delivery timelines provided on this Site or in quotes are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB origin) unless otherwise specified in writing.
Returns and Claims
Due to the nature of natural stone products, all sales are final unless the product is materially different from the agreed specifications. If you believe your order is incorrect or damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at dn@odgranite.com or (332) 256-3606. Include photos of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve legitimate claims promptly. Replacement or credit will be determined on a case by case basis.
